is always going on in Gay Miami/South Beach. Each year
Miami is home to the largest gay & lesbian film
festival this side of The Atlantic. The White Party has
become legendary. This event is hosted by Care Resources
and is a major fundraiser for HIV/AIDS. The Miami Gay
Men's Chorus presents stellar performances three times a
year. And, everyone should experience the Winter Party
is South Beach at least once in their lifetime.
In
addition, there are some wonderful mainstream events
that occur in Miami/South Beach each year, including the
Goombay Festival, The South Florida Boat Show, The
Hispanic Heritage Festival, and lots more. |

Winter
Party - March
Winter Party™ Festival
is a celebration of social and cultural events (including
art, dance, music, food/wine) benefiting the lesbian, gay,
bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. The week of
events culminates with The Beach Party, a world-class dance
party attended by over 4,500 visitors in the hottest
destination in the United States – South Beach.
Approximately 10,000 participants from all over the United
States, Canada, Europe, South America and Australia attend
the 5-day celebration. |

Beach Gay Pride - April
To produce an annual celebration of events to raise awareness and inspire appreciation and acceptance of the vibrant Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender community in South Florida. |

Gay & Lesbian Film Festival - April to May
The Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, a critically
acclaimed event, is based in the world-renowned historic
South Beach neighborhood and screens films and videos in
locations throughout Miami-Dade county and Ft. Lauderdale. |
Aqua
Girl - May
At Aqua Girl there is something for everyone, from dance parties, to comedy shows, to live music, to pool parties, to dive-in movies, a jazz brunch, dine-out event, vip reception, an art show to celebrity meet and greets and so much more. Having so much fun, never did so much good.
As the largest charity women's week in the country, your participation in Aqua Girl contributes to a very good cause. In fact, 100% of the proceeds from Aqua Girl weekend benefit the Aqua Foundation for Women, a not-for-profit-foundation whose primary mission is to promote the equality, strength, health, and visibility of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender women.
Monies raised during the Foundation's signature week Aqua Girl™ Week, as well as through individual and corporate donations go directly to educate, empower and foster the women's communities. |

Beach Bruthaz - July
Annual retreat held on South Beach for Gay men and women
that promotes unity and camaraderie. Attendees from across
the country gather to socialize, network and empower each
other about topics which face the gay and lesbian
community. |
